My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Here's Rico! He was a stray, unclaimed, matted and malnourished. A local woman took him in and had him groomed, and got him to a healthy weight. He is approx 2 yrs old, 10-12 lbs, and will be neutered, tested and updated on vaccines, Monday, 11/16. We think he is a yorkie/ poodle or shih tzu mix. Hopefully age and mix will be confirmed by vet. Rico is ok with kids, but seems a bit nervous around younger ones. He prefers female dogs, but is also currently living with male dogs..He likes to play, but lets you know when he's had enough. Rico is very good on lead, and likes to go for walks. He's not quite a "lap dog" but likes to curl up next to you and snuggle in. Rico would do best with someone who is home most of the the time.
