My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Calvin is the sweetest little toy fox terrier mix. He is approx 1 year old and weighs 6 lbs. Calvin is a super smart and highly energetic little guy. He has two speeds - go and cuddle. He needs a lot of exercise to keep him busy. His foster mom walks him off leash every day on the beach. He has a blast chasing birds. Calvin should be in a household with another active dog. He would be best with a female dog. Calvin is extremely loyal, good on a leash, likes to go for car rides and loves to cuddle when you are on the couch or in bed. He has a ton of fun playing with toys and fetches very well. . He is pretty good with cats although, if they run, he will chase them. I have a 16 pound cat and Calvin certainly knows NOT to push his buttons. Calvin is a great, young, little guy that needs to be in an active household willing to set boundaries. He's a bit like a teenager.

If you live in MA, there are new requirements for rescue dogs - according to the State Law, all rescues have to be quarantined for 48 hrs at the Ben Elder Kennels in Westport, MA. There is additional cost for this quarantine and new required health cert by a licensed MA . We will go over all fees with you via email.
