Leia came to United Yorkie Rescue in November 2015 after being sprung from the North Los Angeles shelter, an owner surrender. Leia came in with a Cocker Spaniel diagnosed with Sarcoptic Mange, so she was then separated from her friend in addition to losing her family. Leia is a 3 yr. old 10lb girl. She’s chipped, spayed and up to date with shots. She rides well in the car but is very frightened right now as she adjusts to her new life. She’s receiving treatment for mites, until clear, with boarding at the vet until she tests free of them. Look for updates on this little princess.
