Daisy 6 is a 12 yr old coonhound who has given birth to TWENTY litters in her lifetime. By the Grace of God, she was surrendered to us, by her “owner”. Daisy has now been spayed and has been treated multiple times for mange, which covered most of her body. It will take her some time to regrow her hair. She is the most loving and appreciative dog. She truly knows she has been rescued. Daisy 6 is now an indoor dog and is fully housebroken. She is current on all vaccines and will be microchipped, prior to adoption. Daisy has also been de-wormed, is heartworm negative and on flea/heartworm preventatives. Daisy weighs 60lb and needs daily glucosamine supplements for her arthritis, but is now otherwise healthy!
BEGINNING 2015 ALL PETS PLACED THROUGH OUR RESCUE WILL BE MICROCHIPPED. COST OF CHIPPING INCLUDED IN ADOPTION FEE.

Bluegrass Senior Dog Rescue recruits individuals to foster our dogs on a temporary or permanent basis.
NOTE-Fosters must live within 100 mile radius of Georgetown KY.
