TIGGER's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with cats.

TIGGER's Story...
TIGGER is a sweet young boy who values the simple things in life - a little wet food in the morning, a good nap after, and some loving attention from volunteers and potential adopters. TIGGER is enjoying the good life at Lafayette Animal Control Center, but we know he would enjoy it even more if he found a home of his very own! At 12 weeks of age, TIGGER would make a great addition to any home that understands the needs of a younger boy. He is a orange diluted TABBY that is very playful, loves attention, and loves running around playing with his toys by himself. He enjoys being cuddled so if you are looking for a kitten like TIGGER, please come by Lafayette Animal Control Center. We are open for adoptions Monday to Friday from 1pm to 4:30pm. Thanks for considering to adopt from us and not shopping for your new family pet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

TIGGER, a LAFAYETTE Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in LAFAYETTE, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in LAFAYETTE.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in LAFAYETTE already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a LAFAYETTE breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in LAFAYETTE paves the way for another one to be saved.
