PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION FOR ADOPTION PROCESS
Meet some of the cutest little pups you'll ever see...in the first picture, JJ can be found at the top right! These tiny pooches are looking for their forever homes and traveled to Wisconsin on November 17th! They are up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and approximately 16 weeks old. Adopters will be required to sign a spay/neuter contract and will need to verify appointment at no later than 6 months of age. Due to their small size, all children in the home must be over the age of 6 years old.
We ask that potential adopters complete our pre approval process by beginning with submitting our adoption application. From there, a representative will set up a homevisit. After a successful homevisit, a meet and greet can be scheduled with available dogs.
Our adoption process works a bit different than other shelters and rescues! Paddy's Paws serves as a coordinator for Houston rescues. We send out the applications, arrange home visits and secure back up fosters for each of the dogs that will be transported here. Like most foster-based organizations, we do not have a facility and set up all appointments on an individual basis. Prior to any meet and greets, we require an approved application so we will need to go through all the steps before having you meet any of the available dogs here in Wisconsin.

We start with the completed application and then check references/vet records. The next step is a homevisit with family and one of our representatives. Once we have gathered all this information, we provide it to the Houston team. Then, we can set up a meet and greet with available dogs.
