for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Blair's Info...

I am already spayed, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Blair's Story...
Blair, a sophisticated yet charming lady. This girl is the best of both worlds. Bring out the treats and she will do as you say. Bring out the toys and she will play with you all night long. Blair is energetic, loving, and highly intelligent. She will most definitely need daily exercise to curb some of her fun energy, but don't let her fool you, she can also be a couch potato. Blair does great with other dogs and is fine with cats. She LOVES people but with her easily excitable personality, we are looking to place her in a home with children over the age of 4.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Blair, a Fredericksburg Schnauzer (Standard) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schnauzer (Standard) for sale in Fredericksburg, or seeking a Schnauzer (Standard) dog from a breeder in Fredericksburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fredericksburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fredericksburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schnauzer (Standard) breeders who help with Schnauzer (Standard) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fredericksburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
