Margarita's Story...
Look at this cutie! 1 year old Margarita is looking for her forever home. This little bunny is a total lovebug and a professional snuggler. She even falls asleep curled up in her foster mom’s arms. Our little bunny loves to hop around with other dogs and is all around a great gal. At around 35 pounds she is ridiculously adorable and pocket sized. This little lady is working on her leash manners and fear of loud noises outside, but she is getting the hang of things with her foster mama.

If you'd like to arrange for a meet and greet with our little Bunny please contact us at: foster@nyanimalrescue.org

Margarita is spayed, dewormed, treated to prevent fleas & ticks and is up to date with vaccinations. Her fee is $300.00 and she'll get one free exam at our vet's office, one free month of pet health insurance and a microchip.
If you'd like to adopt her please call or visit...we are conveniently located in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn near the F train and we're open every day from 11am to 7pm.
Margarita can't wait to meet you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Margarita, a Brooklyn Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Staffordshire Bull Terrier for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Staffordshire Bull Terrier breeders who help with Staffordshire Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
