My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gigi is a Boxer/Lab and Bulldog cross. She has a great disposition and loves other dogs. She is very tolerant and lets puppies climb all over her from head to toe. Gigi is just shy of a year old and did test low positive for heartworms but has been started on prevention. She has not symptoms and can still run and play just as well as a heartworm negative pup. Gigi was an indoor dog and is partially kennel trained but we think the occasional accident is from us being closed 4:30pm to 8:00am. Her adoption fee is $130.00 and if adopted she can be heartworm treated at a New Oreans clinic where the treatment is sponsored. Dog adoption is 130.00 and includes spay/neuter, heartworm testing, age appropriate vaccines including a 3 year rabies, health exam, deworming, and microchipping. Any animal 6 months or older is considered an adult. No animals are vetted until they are adopted as we do not have a vet on staff. Once the animal is adopted we make a vet appointment, and they must go to be vetted before they can go home with an adopter. Call 985.651.7387 for more information regarding adoption.
