Marty's Info...

I am already neutered, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Marty's Story...
Marty was born on 8/8/15 in a home and transferred to our rescue for care and help in finding an adoptive family. He is currently living in a foster home with lots of loving care. Marty currently weighs 4 ½ lbs. and will probably weigh 10 – 12 lbs as an adult. He has a very easy care coat of straight tan hair that will be short like his father. He has all of the wonderful puppy attributes, loving yet playful, enjoys tugging on toys with his siblings, and napping next to them in soft dog bed. As to Marty’s breed, his mother is a Maltese/Poodle and the father is a Miniature Pinscher. He was recently neutered, has a microchip, and his shots are current. Marty is very healthy puppy and will make a wonderful companion pet.

You can meet MARTY this SATURDAY, DEC. 12th, at PETSMART LA JOLLA VILLAGE SQUARE, 8657 Villa La Jolla Dr., La Jolla, CA. 92037 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Marty, a San Diego Miniature Pinscher/Maltese puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher/Maltese for sale in San Diego, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher/Maltese puppy from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher/Maltese breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher/Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
