Olaf's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Olaf's Story...
Olaf came to us from a home of 9 dogs whose owner had fallen ill and was no longer able to care for them.

He arrived hungry, nervous and uncertain of what was happening to him, but is already learning trust, love, manners and house training in his foster home. Daddy is a Dachshund/Poodle mix who weighs about 16 lbs. We are attempting to find out what breed(s) mom was, but at this point we do not know. Our vet thinks he is about one year old and he weighs 23 lbs. Photos include what he looks like now and what he looked like before he was groomed so you can see what his coat looks like when it is longer.

If you are interested giving this sweet pup a home, please email jojosdogrescue @gmail.com and we will send you an application. Adoption fee is $250 and includes spay or neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations and parasite prevention. Thanks for choosing adoption!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Olaf, a Gallatin Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Poodle (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Poodle (Miniature) for sale in Gallatin, or seeking a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Poodle (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Gallatin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gallatin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gallatin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Poodle (Miniature) breeders who help with Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Poodle (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gallatin paves the way for another one to be saved.
