Bruin's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Bruin's Story...
Bruin and his siblings are currently about 10 weeks old and weigh around 5 pounds. These pups are part of our "jail dog" program. The dogs live in the same area as the trustees and they are cared for 24/7 by their very own trustee! This program gives them hands on care by many people, including the guards, so their socialization is great! They love to play and are using puppy pads. If I can say one negative thing about the program it's that the puppies tend to get a bit spoiled!! We had a trainer working with them also so some of them know basic commands. These puppies love to snuggle and love to play with other dogs in the program.

They are currently fostered in West TN and will be transported once their adoption is finalized. If you'd like to add one of these cuties to your family please visit our website at www.goofyfootrescue.org and fill out an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bruin, a Allentown Pug/Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug/Chihuahua for sale in Allentown, or seeking a Pug/Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Allentown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Allentown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Allentown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug/Chihuahua breeders who help with Pug/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Allentown paves the way for another one to be saved.
