My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Scrappy is a giant dog in a tiny body. He is full of personality! He is a bit slow to warm and trust new people but once her does, watch out, you will not be able to not take him home. We are looking for someone to come and slowly gain his trust with us at the Adoption Center in Frankfort by spending time with him. Then we will work up to overnight trips. Scrappy will come with free training sessions to help get him transitioned into his forever home.Alsip To The Rescue (ATTR) strives as a rescue to make sure that when our adopters take home their new rescue they feel they have the support and access to all resources which ATTR can provide. If you want to learn how you can set your new rescue up to succeed and blend in with your family come to our Meet The Trainer sessions each weekend. We will give you tips on what to do when you first bring home a new rescue. Saturday at Noon in St John and Sunday at Noon in Frankfort are free Meet The Trainer sessions with more free sessions to be added during the week soon.
