Zoey's Story...
ZOEY is an adorable puppy who finds herself in need of a forever home. She was found in Troy, TN, but the people who were keeping her were no longer able to do so. She was kept in a confined space and had some front leg weakness as a result, but she is gaining strength and is an active, energetic pup who loves to play. She is possibly a Terrier / Beagle mix who weighed 12 pounds at 12 weeks of age. She has been spayed, vetted, and is completing her vaccinations. If you live in another state, don't let that stand in your way. We will work to transport Zoey if it means she will have a good forever home. If you are another rescue group, we will waive the adoption fee but you can make a donation toward vetting at your discretion. The adoption fee will help our 501(c)(3) non-profit rescue to cover the cost of the veterinary care she has received.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zoey, a Union City Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Beagle puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Beagle for sale in Union City, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Beagle puppy from a breeder in Union City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Union City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Union City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Beagle breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Union City paves the way for another one to be saved.
