Bane's Story...
This handsome guy is 7 month old Bane and he is looking for a loving, permanent, responsible home. He is a big, sweet, playful puppy who will need to be signed up for positive reward based classes. This will help him to learn manners and help him with socialization. Bane can be a bit jumpy and mouthy so he will need any children in the home to be 8 and up. Bane would do well with another canine companion. A very confident cat that can stand its ground would be okay. Bane would make an excellent jogging/ hiking partner. He will need lots of physical and mental stimulation. This will help tire him out so he won't get bored and be destructive. We will be accepting applications for Bane at customer service and calling back the most appropriate homes to meet him.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bellingham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bellingham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher/Rottweiler breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher/Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bellingham paves the way for another one to be saved.
