My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Max. This orange and white kitty is a total love bug that enjoys cuddling with his people and vigorous chin scratching. Max is an eight-year-old Maine Coon mix, so he’s a mature guy with his crazy kitten days behind him but still lots of life left ahead of him. This affectionate kitty came to The Pet Rescue Center when his former owner began to develop allergies to him. He’s has been declawed and is a very good house cat. If you think he might be a good match for your family, contact The Pet Rescue Center today to meet Max.

ADOPTION PROCESS:
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. You can find our application online at: http://www.thepetrescuecenter.org/adopt/adoption-application.html. Completed applications can be submitted online, faxed to (949) 743-5878 or emailed to: adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org
Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization that seeks to reduce unnecessary euthanasia of dogs and cats in at-risk situations and is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
