ELVIS's Story...
Hi I'm Elvis! iI"m a 19 month old English Coonhound. The Last Dog Rescue took me in after I was hit by a car in GA. I'm a lover and will put my head right in your lap if you pet me. I find cats very interesting and I may bother them if I live with them. I feel the same way about small dogs too. I'm on the mend and no longer need a cast or a cone but what i do need is a home. A place where I can play and have fun. A place where I can find unconditional love...Could you pawlese make my howliday wish come true and give me a loving home? *kisses* LOVE Elvis

Why Adoption is a Great Option

ELVIS, a Red Lion English (Redtick) Coonhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a English (Redtick) Coonhound for sale in Red Lion, or seeking a English (Redtick) Coonhound dog from a breeder in Red Lion.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Red Lion already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Red Lion breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even English (Redtick) Coonhound breeders who help with English (Redtick) Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Red Lion paves the way for another one to be saved.
