Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Jackson is the sweetest gentleman looking for his forever home! He is very social and friendly with all the people he meets, both men and women. Has not been tested around kids but with his friendly nature, we think he would be fine with respectful children. Jackson is a quick learner and tries to please. He is fully potty trained and will go to the door when he needs to go out. He walks nicely on the leash and LOVES going for long walks. He is also happy to hang at home with you and cuddle in his little bed, or on the couch if you invite him up. He does what you want! Jackson loves to play fetch and squeak on little soft toys. He doesn't bark much and is the perfect gentleman around the house. He is a mellow guy, but can keep up just fine on long hikes.
Jackson is about 4-5 years old, neutered, 13 lbs. and is a very easy guy to be around. He has been to the dog park (he prefers playing fetch to playing with other dogs but seems friendly with dogs of all sizes). He doesn't jump up unless you ask him to. He is super polite. He will sit for treats and come when called. He rides perfectly in the car.
Jackson likes to sleep in his little bed in the bedroom at night, snuggling under a cozy blanket and making a tiny little snore that you can barely hear. Once he is in for the night, he doesn't move! He gives sweet little tail wags in the morning while doing his morning stretches and wakes up as slow or as fast as you like. He will bond with his new forever home and be a sweet and loyal fellow.
Jackson is currently being fostered with another small dog and would like a canine friend if his people are gone all day at work. He really loves his people most! Has not been tested with kids and cats.
Jackson's adoption fee is $225. He is being fostered in Sonoma, CA.
