Nora's Story...
Miss Nora is patiently waiting for a loving family to find her!

We believe Nora is a pit and hound mix. She is just 5-6 months old and already knows sit! (For a treat at least!) We're not sure how Nora was treated before we found her, but she can be nervous around new people and isn't a fan of sudden movements if she doesn't know you. We recommend children old enough to understand this. Once Nora trusts you, however, she is an absolute sweetheart who has a great personality. She is not an overly hyper pup, which can be great for someone who is looking for a younger dog that isn't too active (of course she still needs plenty of exercise and attention, just not quite on the same level as some more active puppies her age).

If this gorgeous girl is calling your name, don't hesitate to stop by anytime we are open!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nora, a Prince George American Pit Bull Terrier/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Prince George, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Prince George.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Prince George already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Prince George breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Prince George paves the way for another one to be saved.
