My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Olive is a front declawed, small Manx-mix with tabby markings. She was rescued as a kitten out of a garbage dumpster in Florida and then brought to Virginia. She's a tiny girl at 7 pounds, and often hops like a bunny. Olive greatly enjoys sitting in windows, looking outside at the birds, squirrels, and chipmunks, and trying to convince them to come inside by chattering excitedly at them (to date, no wildlife have accepted her invite). When it comes to meeting other indoor animals, Olive prefers to remain aloof - she's willing to tolerate them as long as everyone stays in their own respective spaces (and out of hers). This green eyed beauty is not overly fond of being picked up, but that doesn't mean she doesn't want your attention. She just prefers to use her own 4 paws to get herself up on the couch next to you, or on you, for cuddle time. And some of her favorite places to be are on top of the books you're trying to read, or on top of your keyboard (where she may or may not helpfully press keys and send messages on your behalf).
