My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

COLE is a 2 year old neutered black male Lab who weighs 47 pounds. Cole is a very happy pup who thinks he would like to be a lap lab. He wants to please and is very happy to be living inside where it is nice and warm and getting fed regularly. Has been out with several different Lab Rescue pups at the kennel with no problems He has thinks tug of war is a great game and would lie to find a family with a yard so he has a place he can perfect his technique. Knows sit, come. Okay on lead better with an Easy Walk Harness. He has never met a person or dog he didn't like. He is very good with other dogs and children over 10. He is very playful and loves attention and playing with toys and with a tug. He needs a home with another dog or with an active family because he has lots of energy and loves to burn it off. He is affectionate and is a great lap dog after 6pm. Coal is fully housebroken and crate trained. He is extremely trainable and willing to please and already knows lots of tricks. He is approved for kids 10+.

Update (2/9): Cole really enjoys playing with other dogs! He had fun at his foster's over the weekend with the resident labs, and enjoyed a very muddy, very fun trip to the dog park and all the new friends he met there. He even didn't hate the inevitable bath that followed his muddy play. He walks well on the leash with an Easy Walk harness and barely pulls unless he sees something really interesting. He is an energetic boy that will need lots of daily exercise to keep him (and his humans) happy.
