Roy is a great little dog who craves love and attention. Roy's owner became very sick, had her home foreclosed and had to surrender Roy. Although Roy spent most of his life on a chain, he had adjusted well to life chain free. Roy is very easy to train, is reward motivated and wants a human to adore.
