Little Foot's Story...
Wooo hoooo!! Hello! I'm so happy, happy, happy!! Who are you?! Do you want to play? How 'bout a belly rub? OH MY CHEWY! I'm so happy. Whew, ok let my calm down a second so we can meet. My name is Little Foot. As you can see I am a gorgeous Champaign colored Pit Bull mix. I am still a young boy at 10months, but I am already neutered and super ready to play with my new fam. Humans are the greatest! I love to give kisses in exchange for belly rubs and I love adventure. No, I don't have little feet, that's just what they call me. I'm actually named after my favorite dino from the show, The Land Before Time. Well, like the dinosaur I'm a "loveable little foot". I love everyone, I like to discover the world and make friends with those I meet. A nice man picked me up while I was adventuring the countryside. I was happy about that though. I had gotten myself a little lost and I was ready to nom-nom on some kibble. I don't have to worry about hunger here, but I do get lonely sometimes. I really miss having my own people to love. Could you help me? Pwease…

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Little Foot, a Murphysboro Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Murphysboro, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Murphysboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Murphysboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Murphysboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Murphysboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
