This beautiful girl is 8 year old Lady. Lady is a pretty Black Lab who was rescued from a horrific life of neglect. Used as a breeder dog, Lady lived outside her whole life without adequate food, water or shelter. Despite that, she is a sweet, timid girl who loves belly rubs and is starting to relax and enjoy life. She has so much fun playing with a tennis ball! She is currently living in a shelter and looking for a foster or forever home where she will know love and safety for the first time in her life. She is gaining weight, and is now up to about 60 lbs. She is up to date on her shots and has been spayed. Lady is being treated for a skin condition and monitored for kidney issues and eats a special food to help her condition.
