Daisy's Story...
About Daisy #454

My name is Daisy and I am a 4 year old little girl. I was a stray and hit by a car and was taken into a shelter in California on 9/30/15. My back leg hurts occasionally but I just have to lay down for a little while and it gets better. I am not on any medication. I am very good about going to bed in my crate and like a cover over my crate. My foster mom offered to take me in and help me find a furever home. If you want to know more about me, contact my foster mom in Arlington at crandr@chihuahuarescueandreferrals.com My adoption fee is $250 plus a $10.99 one-time fee to register my microchip.

We do not do same day adoptions unless you are preapproved. Adoption application with references checked and a home visit are required. We do many special events during the year, so check our calendar on our website: www.chihuahuarescueandreferrals.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Daisy, a Seattle Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Seattle, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Seattle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seattle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seattle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seattle paves the way for another one to be saved.
