Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Brownie is a 6 year old Shepherd hound mix that was confiscated for cruelty when she was found chained in the bed of a pickup truck with her 4 week old puppies. She was emaciated and needed some food and TLC. She is now a healthy 57 lbs and loves to play and chew on toys and bones. Brownie is house trained, if let out regularly and crate trained. She loves to please her humans and is very treat motivated. She is good with most other dogs, although she tends to be a little rough at first with little dogs as she doesn't know how big she is. Brownie is good with kids but does need a little work with jumping up to give hugs when she first meets you. Brownie definitely has a hound nose. She loves to track scents when outside. She does need a home without cats or small animals. Brownie is spayed, micro chipped and up-to-date on vaccinations. Her adoption fee is $150.00. If interested in adopting Brownie, please fill out our Adoption Application on our website (posted below).
