Hi, My name is Cowboy. I used to live with a homeless man, but the folks at IACC talked him in to giving me up to the shelter so I wouldn't freeze this winter. They didn't know I had a name, so they called me Axel, but then they found out that I had a name - so I have 2 now! I didn't like the shelter so much, so the folks from Chihuahua Rescue came to get me. I've been living in a home with other dogs, learning my house manners, and just being an all-around good boy! I'm quiet, and pretty reliable on that potty-training thing. I got all my shots, a micro-chip, and was neutered. I'm heartworm negative and taking preventive medicine now. I do have problem kneecaps. The left one is always slipped, and the right one goes in and out of place. I get around fine, but may need to take medicine for that as I get older. I LOVE to play with toys.
Cowboy is about 2 years old, and weighs almost 6 lbs. His adoption fee is $250
