Hi there! My name is Prancer. I was born October 4, 2015. I have four siblings who are also looking for loving homes: Comet, Cupid, Dancer and Rudolf. Cute, huh? I am a beautiful, shorthaired, spayed female, brown tabby kitten with white markings. I love to play with toys and with other kitties. We play hide and seek, chase the tail and pounce on each other. When we're not playing, we're kitten-napping together or crawling in a warm lap for some love and attention. I love to be petted and to cuddle. My favorite thing is having my ears scratched while I sit on your lap and purr while you pet me. I am a sweetheart! I use the litterbox like a good girl, too. What more could you ask for? Adoption fee: $100. Adopt a pair: $150. Fee includes testing, deworming, vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip and 60 days of free pet insurance.

Saturday, December 5, 2015: Adoption Event at Petco, 29335 Orchard Lake Rd, Farmington Hills (just south of 13 Mile Rd). From noon to 4 p.m., come meet adoptable dogs, cats, puppies and kittens (as available - not all adoptable animals will be at every event).
Adoption event dates for 2015: December 5 and December 19.
Sunday, December 13, 2015: Bowling event at 5 Star Lanes, 2666 Metropolitan Pkwy, Sterling Heights. Starting at 1 p.m., bowlers get three games, shoe rental, pizza and pop for $25. Sunday, December 27, 2015: Adoption Event at PetPeople, 6520 Telegraph Rd, Bloomfield Hills. From noon to 4 p.m., come meet adoptable dogs, cats, puppies and kittens (as available - not all adoptable animals will be at every event).
Adoption Process: Complete the application at
www.pawsforliferescue.org. We then arrange a location, date and time for you to meet some pets. If the meeting goes well and everyone is happy, you begin the mandatory, minimum two-week adjustment period with the pet as part of your family. You will pay the non-refundable adoption fee at the start of the two-week adjustment period. This pending period allows your new dog or cat time to adjust to their new home, new people, new routine, etc., and for you to decide if it's a match and the right pet for you. At the end of two weeks (some people extend the adjustment time as needed and that's fine too), if everyone is happy, then we finalize the adoption. Feel free to email if you have any questions.
