Penny for your thoughts?

No doubts about what this girl is thinking, she's always in love at first site! Miss Penny came to P4P from CACC, where her sweet demeanor caught notice of volunteers. She is a calm lady, who loves other dogs, cats and kids. Penny says silence is golden, she is a very quiet girl. Her foster mom says she is the easiest dog that she’s ever had. Pen definitely is a Ten, and will be the perfect addition to a lucky family!
