Lucy is a little 11 pound sweet girl that loves the attention of her foster family. She came to the rescue pregnant and has been a wonderful daunting momma to 8 puppies. She is ready to be done with motherhood and the center of attention with a family of her own. She has been great with people of all ages in her foster home. Enjoys going for a walk, laying the couch watching movies, chewing on bones in the yard, and meeting new people. She has the potential to make a great therapy dog with proper training because of her sweet temperament and cute little face. Lucy was surrendered by her owner due to a terminal illness and no one in her family wanting to care for a pregnant dog. She is not used to spending long hours alone so she would do best in a home where someone worked from home, worked part time, or could take her to work with them, or a retired couple. She enjoys the company of her foster dog siblings, but would be ok to have all the attention of being an only dog. Please consider making Lucy part of your family.
