My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Tillie is mostly sweet and just a little sassy in turns.  She has beautiful calico & tabby markings.  She is just waiting for her forever family to come take her home.  Tillie is a lap cat or crazy playmate on her terms.  She loves to sit next to you on the couch.   Among other cats, she wants to be in charge, so she might do best as an only cat.    Would you like to meet her?

Adopting a Tame/Friendly Cat or Kitten: For more information on our adoption prices/procedures or to fill out an online adoption application, please visit our tame adoption page. The webpage also has downloadable adoption applications and contracts (Word or PDF).  If you would like more information about our adoption program or details on a particular cat or kitten, please email  tameadoptions@daneferals.org or call (608) 467-4067 #2.

Adopting a Feral/Outdoor Cat:  If you are interested in a barn mouser, feral or semi-feral outdoor cat, please email feraladoptions@daneferals.org or call (608) 467-4067 #1.  Our feral adoption page has adoption info and a feral adoption contract that you can download (Word or PDF).

Our adoption fee includes spay or neuter surgery, vaccinations appropriate for the cat’s age, treatment for worms (if needed) and testing for Feline Leukemia.  Those cats 6 months of age and older are also tested for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV).

Can't adopt today? Consider fostering! All you need is time to spend with your foster cat and the desire to make a difference in the life of a needy kitty. Please contact our Volunteer Coordinator at: volunteer@daneferals.org and fill out our Volunteer/Foster application to become a foster parent for a cat in need of love and attention.
