Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi! My name is Padlock and I am about a year old. My name is a bit of an oxymoron because my heart is wide open and waiting for someone to come along and fill it with love!!
I was hit by a car and the kind gentleman took me to the vet where they fixed me up - only a very bruised hip thank goodness!! -and then they called Friends of Feral Felines because they thought I might be feral. Far from it - I had a family – once -but no one came to claim me so I went home with one of their volunteers so I could rest and get better. well I’m all better and I’ve been playing up a storm - I just love those crinkly toys!! I can bat them all over the house and when one of those goes under the couch I’ll go find a jingle bell toy and continue playing with that one!
I’m pretty affectionate – love a good head butt and if you stop petting me before I want you to I’ll pat your hands with my paws to remind you to keep going! I’m a snuggler in bed too!
I will entertain myself too – just as long as there are enough crinkly, jingly toys around!
I would love to find someone who’s going to keep me forever - I didn’t like it on the street – too scary and I really don’t know how to live outside (how do those feral cats do it?) So if you’re looking for a snuggling, head butting, loves to play kitty-I’m your boy!!
