Please note: Neddy is NOT an SSRR dog and is posted here as a courtesy to the Charlottesville Albermarle SPCA. Please contact Ashley directly at email@example.com if you would like more information or are interested in adopting him.
Neddy was terrified when he first arrived but is improving every day. Neddy is cautious when meeting new dogs but does well with polite and calm dogs. He greeted nicely through the barrier but struggles with on leash meeting. He began to play bow and follow the other dog around through the barrier but mostly followed with wagging tail. I think if another dog is lunging/barking at him, he will likely mirror that behavior and may not be as polite to a rude dog. He warms up and makes friends pretty quickly, once we bonded he was gentle and leaning into me, kissing my chin and even rolled over and began to roll around in the grass and acting very puppyish.
