From the Foster: My name is Lucy, but I go by many nicknames: Lucy Lu,Lu-Lu, Little Bug, and Bug. I'm spunky, fun, ready to play, and a little mischievous. Definitely have a sense of humor. Running fits and hiding under the bed are my specialties. LOVE, love, love to play fetch and tug-o-war. I have mad skills like doing my business outside, chilin' in my crate and when I'm served food (as long as you tell me to wait,) sitting, and speaking. I'm in the middle of learning to shake and lay down. I'm cool walking with a gentle lead and am working on just a regular leash. I am great with people and kids, although I've been around infants and have done ok. My roomies are an 11-year-old dude and a 17-years-old chick and their ma and pa. I don't get along with cats. The other female dog that lives here doesn't get a long with me- but I would be great with a dominant, patient male dog. Of course I would have to get to know him before I would move in. I love to nuzzle my head against my owner's chest for snuggles. I'm a great toe warmer too. I AM a sweet, sweet girl- or that's what I'm told :) One of my best features- besides being the coolest, are my ears. I've been told I look like Stictch from Lilo and Stitch. I am UTD and spayed. Can't wait to meet you!
