Updated bio.12/1/15 -- Hi, it’s me, Spunky. I am a one-year-old, adorable Biewer Yorkie. I am about 8 pounds. I am being fostered in Seminole, FL
My beloved owners didn’t have enough time for me. They have jobs that take them away a lot. It is just not easy to take care of a puppy. I kept doing puppy things and it was too hard to give me the time and attention I needed.
They decided the best thing to do was to contact United Yorkie Rescue because they knew UYR will find me a forever home that really means forever. My owners took really good care of me. I have everything. I am all vaccinated and neutered too. I come with toys, my favorite doggie bed, and a crate. I have everything but a forever home and a forever family.
My foster mom and dad really like me. They pet me and love on me all the time. They say I am the sweetest and softest little thing they have ever seen. My foster sister is Alpha with a capital A and she keeps me in line. My foster mom says she’s a 3 lb. bully with no teeth, but I’m going to do everything she says so I am safe and cared for. I am only a year old and I really like to play. Sometimes I am still a little confused because I’m not in my old home, but I am getting more comfortable and settling in. Soon I’ll tell you more after I have been in my foster home a little longer.

Initial Bio 11/27/15 Spunky is the newest and cutest puppy in town. He is 13 months old and weighs 8 pounds. He is a Biewer Yorkie or possibly a Biewer/Yorkie mix. Spunky is being fostered in Seminole, FL.
Spunky arrived at his new foster home today. He is a very active, high energy little guy like most puppies. His owners were unable to care for him because of the time and attention a puppy needs. He was just too much puppy for them.
Spunky is a very sweet, adorable puppy. He loves to give kisses. He may be a little skittish around men at first, but he will warm up once he gets to know them.
His former owners said he is about 90% house trained. He just needs consistent training. Spunky will need a family who is ready to give him lots of time and attention. He will need an active life style in order to run off his puppy energy. He always wants to be where the action is and where his people are. Another young dog to play with and maybe some older kids, over 12 years of age, would probably be a great home for Spunky.
