Lexi's Story...
My name is Lexi and as you can see from my photo I'm extremely gorgeous. I'm a very sweet kitty although a bit shy at first. I was found as a stray in a nearby town. A kind person who had been feeding me called Animal Control to take me in as she didn't want me living outside in the cold weather.
I am a long haired tabby & white with perhaps have a bit of Maine Coon cat in my background. I am making friends with the male kitties who live in my foster home. I'm small so I look like a kitten but I'm really about 4 to 5 years old. I'm spayed, tested negative for FIV, FELV, & HW and am up to date on vaccines. I would love a forever home for the holidays!!
Please note: All cats and kittens require an on-line adoption application be completed and sent BEFORE consideration for adoption can take place. On-line applications at www.billericacatcarecoalition.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lexi, a N. Billerica Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in N. Billerica, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in N. Billerica.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in N. Billerica already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a N. Billerica breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in N. Billerica paves the way for another one to be saved.
