Tucker's Story...
Tigger and Tucker are playful 12 week old female kittens available for adoption. They were born in our facility when their very pregnant mom Misty found her way to us. Their brother found a home right away but now they are hoping for the same luck. Tigger and Tucker LOVE to play with each other or other kittens. They have a hard time staying still especially when they know it's play time. They both love being held and will instantly start to purr. Their adoption fee is $145 each and includes their vaccines current until adopted, fecal exam, deworming, FIV/Felv test, registered microchip, and spays.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tucker, a Joliet Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Joliet, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Joliet.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Joliet already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Joliet breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Joliet paves the way for another one to be saved.
