My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Spike! I’m a little fluffernutter with a perpetual bed head, and I have the cutest little under bite. I kind of have a terrier face and the fur on my head does whatever it wants, leading my foster mom to believe I might be a schnauzer/ terrier mix. My ears are very expressive, and one is always pointed up. I weigh about 10 pounds and am about 3 years old.



I love to get out and do things with my person, and I am not a couch potato. I adore going for walks and I ride well in the car! I do need a little bit of help on my potty training, but I am really smart so I’m sure I will get the hang of it quickly! I get along well with everyone I meet and do not mind the big dogs or the kitties in my foster home. I am a little insecure when lots of things are going on around me, but with some patience and kindness I will learn that normal house activities are wonderful (especially when treats are involved!) Won’t you be my new person?
