DeeOhGee's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

DeeOhGee's Story...
I been around the block, as they say, and at this point in my life I like to take things slow. I have lived all the hustle and bustle of the fast-paced lifestyle, and now I just want to kick back and enjoy the fruits of my labors. No rowdy little kids. No grabby little hands. No crazy dance parties. Just a cool bowl of water, a nice soft couch, and maybe some reruns of Lassie on the tube. If you are one of those cat people, that is fine by me. I like cats because they too enjoy the laid-back, simple life that I am looking for. If you’re a dog person, that's cool too, I get along just fine with my fellow canines. You also don’t need to worry about picking up after me, I keep a clean house, if you catch my drift. So if you are a single person, retired couple, or a family with respectful kids 8+ looking for a partner with similar interests, give ol DeeOgGee here a jingle. 10 years old-73lbs. My adoption fee is $100 and includes neuter, microchip & registration, 1 month pet health insurance, free vet exam, reduced-cost training class, leash/collar, toy & treat packet, food sample.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

DeeOhGee, a Portland Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Portland, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
