Ramsey's Story...
Ramsey- male shepherd mix puppy - about 4 months old (mid-Nov)

Ramsey is a 4 month old male Shepherd Mix. He was rescued from a pack of dogs in a community North of Meadow Lake. He is a very friendly boy who loves attention. He gets along well with other dogs and is good with cats. He is possessive over his food, a habit likely developed from fending for himself, scrounging for food wherever he could find it, but as a result he will need to be fed separately from other animals. Ramsey loves toys, the squeakier the better! He is very playful, and can keep himself entertained, but would rather have the company of another dog to keep him occupied

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ramsey, a Meadow Lake Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Meadow Lake, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Meadow Lake.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Meadow Lake already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Meadow Lake breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Meadow Lake paves the way for another one to be saved.
