Rosarita & Rover in Ft. Worth's Story...
This is Rosarita and Rover. They live in Ft. Worth, Texas and their mom passed away recently. They need a new home. Rover is about 3 years old and he's neutered, housebroken and microchipped. He's a mix, possibly Jack Russell Terrier and Beagle. Rosarita is a bit older but she's got lots of spunk and energy left. She's maybe 8 or 9 and she's been spayed, microchipped and is housebroken. They've been well taken care of. Their Mom rescued them and now their world has been turned upside down. If you are interested in adopting these two dogs, please contact Paul Humphreys at 817-292-0005 or email Meg Fullwood at meg.fullwood@gmail.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rosarita & Rover in Ft. Worth, a Austin Jack Russell Terrier/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier/Beagle for sale in Austin, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier/Beagle dog from a breeder in Austin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Austin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Austin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier/Beagle breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Austin paves the way for another one to be saved.
