My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Sweetie. Sweetie got the name because she is so good-natured and has such a wonderful temperament. She was pulled from a shelter with her 8 puppies that were just a week old. She was a stray and came with no history. Sweetie was a wonderful mom and did a great job raising her puppies. The puppies are now being adopted into new homes and it is also Sweetie's turn. She is 1 to 2 years old, and a smaller size for a female lab, about 35 lbs,. She is still gaining some weight back after the puppies. Sweetie can be a little shy and a little hesitant at first, but warms up very quickly. She is great with children, other dogs, loves to play with her toys, cuddle, and be right by your side at all times. She is also micro-chipped, housebroken, crate trained and does well on a leash. Sweetie is spayed, heartworm negative and up to date on vaccinations including rabies. If you would like to learn more about this very sweet girl, please go to our website, www.luckylabrescue.com, complete an online application and indicate 'Sweetie' in the notes section. She is available in the Midwest and in New England.
