My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bridget, a 10 year old 75# bundle of love. Bridget enjoys being petted, following you around the house or lying at your feet. She has not had any accidents or been destructive when left alone, and she has had free roam of the house. Bridget gets along well with her foster brothers, occasionally playing, but mostly just likes human attention and napping. Oh the joys of senior dogs :).

Bridget knows her basic commands and walks well on a leash. She has also been off leash, but she does not wander far and comes back when called. She was nervous the first time going up/down hardwood stairs, but has become accustomed to them. She likes to sleep by the bed and is quiet through the night.

It is likely that Bridget has allergies, so she is now on a grain and chicken free diet. She will need to have her ears cleaned once a week to prevent reoccurring infections. She also has a dry eye condition and will need inexpensive cyclosporine eye drops daily. She doesn't mind getting her eye drops at all.

Bridget is a typical senior dog with lots of love to give. She would love a family with another dog or as an only dog, receiving all your affection. She has not been tested around cats.
