Samson was surrendered to a rural high kill shelter for digging up a flower! Guess his owner who had had him since a pup, thought flowers were more important than his life! When asked if he had been given any toys, they said dogs didn't need toys! Samson will hug you! He just wants to give you lots of unconditional love. He gets along with other dogs, is somewhat submissive with them when first introduced. Samson would prefer to be with his people. He would make a great running partner, or could be trained for agility. About 1.5 years old, he is healthy, vaccinated heartworm negative and on preventatives. He is fully grown at 51. lbs.
