Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Howie was dumped from a truck and taken in by someone who saw the truck leaving. His rescuer wasn't able to keep him, but they did a very good deed keeping him from being hurt or lost and fending for himself. He is doing great in his foster home, playing well with others and learning that there are good people who will care for him and not abandon him. He is only nine months old and deserves a second chance at a good life in a loving home. Howie's foster mom is working on his leash training. He loves kids and ignores cats. His face resembles a Jack Russell Terrier, but his body is more like an Australian Cattle Dog and he is about 38 pounds. He's adorable.
If you are interested giving Howie a home, please email jojosdogrescue @gmail.com and we will send you an application. Adoption fee is $250 and includes neuter, vaccinations and parasite prevention. Thanks for choosing adoption!
