My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Please CHECK OUT OUR FACEBOOK PAGE AND WEBSITE for the latest Social Tees news!. www.facebook.com/SocialTeesAnimalRescue & www.socialteesnyc.org Chester is a 1 year old, male, pitbull mix, who was dropped off as a stray to an animal hospital due to a broken leg. This hospital does not treat stray pets and he was to go off to the city shelter. Even with his leg severely broken and obviously painful, Chester was so sweet and gentle, that the nurses and doctors fell in love with him. They fought to have his femoral fracture fixed and not go to a shelter. He is now about 2 weeks past his surgery and is doing great in his foster home. His foster home reports that he is incredibly sweet and just wants to be around people and cuddled all the time (as you can see, he thinks he's a lap dog). He is 100% housebroken and has manners all the way around. He doesn't jump on furniture and understands and obeys basic commands. Although the foster family has no other pets, he seems to like other dogs when he goes for walks. We are not sure how is he is with cats since he hasn't had any exposure to them. Chester needs to be exercise restricted until late January 2013 while his leg heals but other then that he is in perfect health. Before he goes to a permanent home, he will be fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. THIS DOG IS NOT AT SOCIAL TEES AT 155 EAST 2ND STREET.HE IS IN A FOSTER HOME. PLEASE EMAIL SAMANTHA.SOCIALTEES@GMAIL.COM for more info. Full medical included. (All dogs come with spay/neuter, vaccines, and microchip and are dewormed, demited, and deflead.) Adoption fees apply.
