Spot is aptly named -- he's covered in adorable spots! His fur has big brown ones while the bare skin on his legs is covered in black spots. ADORABLE! And so fashion forward. Spot will grow on you instantly if you meet him. He's 2 years old, 8 pounds, and low key and loving. He's got a great energy balance -- happy to chill and nap but up for a game when you're ready to play. He adores chomping on bully sticks, and he's great with other dogs and cats.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Spot, a Manhattan Xoloitzcuintle/Mexican Hairless/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Xoloitzcuintle/Mexican Hairless/Chihuahua for sale in Manhattan, or seeking a Xoloitzcuintle/Mexican Hairless/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Manhattan.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Manhattan already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Manhattan breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Xoloitzcuintle/Mexican Hairless/Chihuahua breeders who help with Xoloitzcuintle/Mexican Hairless/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Manhattan paves the way for another one to be saved.
