My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Aurora!  This gorgeous girl was adopted from Indianapolis Animal Care and Control in June 2014, and was found as a stray in March 2015.  When the previous owner was contacted she said she could no longer care for the dog because she lost her job and home and the place she was staying didn't allow dogs.  We decided that this girl's next stop needed to be a loving FOREVER home so we transferred her into our adoption program!  Well, the home we placed her in ended up not being all it was cut out to be and she ended up at Animal Control AGAIN.  We believe 3rd time's the charm.  Aurora is extremely sweet and affectionate and is learning to walk politely on a leash!  She also seems to get along well with most dogs.  A home with cats and small kids is not recommended because she can get quite rambunctious and playful.  A fully fenced yard is also recommended.
