Reno's Story...
Hello! My name is Reno. I'm 3 years old and weigh 25 pounds. I'm an interesting mix of Cattle Dog, Corgi and Jack Russell. In my humble opinion, I have the best traits of all 3!

I was found as a stray so no one knows my prior history...and I'm not talking. The past is behind me and I'm just looking forward to a new beginning in my new home.

I have so many wonderful qualities that would make me the best companion ever. Here's the short list-

I'm housetrained.
I'm crate trained
I love car rides - I jump right in and am ready to ride!
I know my basic commands like sit, down and speak.
I'm a total lover...and a great kisser.
I'm the best cuddler - in your bed or on the couch.
I'm compact so I don't take up much room.
I have lots of energy for walks or runs.
I get along with other dogs.
I'm too cute to resist.

Come and meet me. We can sit and chat to see if we're a good match for each other. See you soon.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Reno, a Avon Cattle Dog/Corgi dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cattle Dog/Corgi for sale in Avon, or seeking a Cattle Dog/Corgi dog from a breeder in Avon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Avon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Avon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cattle Dog/Corgi breeders who help with Cattle Dog/Corgi rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Avon paves the way for another one to be saved.
