Hi everyone, my name is Posh, but I am also called Poshi Poo, Poshimus and a few other endearing nicknames! I am 2 years old, and I love life and everyone in it! I have lots of playful energy, love to go for walks, and am happy to chill out and watch some television too! I get along with most dogs, and haven't been overly interested in cats either. I love people most of all, and am happy to go wherever you want to go!

She has been through formal training and would love to show you how smart she is. She walks well on a leash, and knows sit, down, heel, place, touch, and come, but is still working on 'drop it' because she loves her toys so much and hates to let them go - she will try to fit two in her mouth to avoid having to leave one behind!

An active family without young children would be Posh's dream, she has an energetic spirit and loves to explore, but settles down when it is time to do so (and she's had enough exercise). She would love a family to continue her training, she is a really smart cookie!

Our Adoption Process...

Please complete an Adoption Inquiry at: http://www.hopeanimals.org/#!adoption-application/c1trs

Adoption Fees help offset the care for all of the pets in our rescue and are as follows: Puppies and adults dogs - $250. Senior (7+ years) and special needs dogs - $100. Any medications required will be provided for one month after adoption.

Adoption Fee includes spay/neuter*, microchipping, up-to-date vaccinations, and current heartworm and flea/tick preventatives.

*If pet is not old enough to be spayed or neutered prior to adoption, a $50.00 credit will be paid to your vet at the time of surgery.

We require a veterinary reference for current pet owners, and pets must be up to date on vaccines and heartworm preventative. We meet potential adopters in their homes and introduce the pets to the family's current pets to see if it is a good match. A copy of our adoption contract can be requested via email.
